Privacy Policy for Black Splatter!

All Ties Severed Productions, LLC (“we”). This policy covers the Android game Black Splatter! (package com.splattergame.app).

No accounts

The game does not create user accounts and does not ask inside the app for your name, email, or other contact details.

Ads

The free version may show ads served by Google AdMob. Google and AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers, IP address (for approximate location), app activity, and diagnostics, for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses data in ads.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases (such as the Reinforced Suit / Premium unlock) go through Google Play Billing. Google handles payment and purchase history under Google Play’s terms. We do not receive your full payment card number.

Audience

Black Splatter! is intended for users 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13.

Your choices

You can reset your advertising ID in device settings, use any OS ad-tracking limits, and uninstall the app anytime. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Google’s consent or privacy options may also appear in the app when required.
